The Service

Sira is a CV improvement platform. You upload your CV, and our system analyzes, scores, and professionally rewrites it to improve quality, readability, and alignment with industry standards. The service also generates LinkedIn profile content based on your CV.

Your CV text is processed by a third-party provider to produce the improved output. The system improves wording and structure while aiming to preserve your original facts. We recommend reviewing the output before use.

Your Account

You need a Google account or email registration to use Sira. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Pricing and Payment

• CV improvement is a one-time payment per CV, priced as shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor (UK), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout.
• An electronic receipt is issued for every transaction.
• Processing begins immediately after payment and cannot be paused or cancelled. By clicking the payment button, you acknowledge that processing begins immediately and you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal.

EU Consumers

Because your CV is processed immediately after payment, we ask you to confirm before checkout that you understand the service begins right away. Once the process is complete and delivered, the 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive no longer applies.

If the service fails due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund regardless. See our Refund Policy.

What We Do Not Guarantee

Sira improves how your CV reads and presents your experience. It is an advisory service. We cannot guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific outcomes from using an improved CV.

Your Content

Your CV belongs to you, before and after improvement. You retain full rights to use, share, and modify the output. By using Sira, you grant us a temporary license to process your CV solely for the purpose of improvement. We do not use your CV data for training or any other purpose.

Acceptable Use

Use Sira for its intended purpose: improving your own CV. Provide accurate information, respect the platform, and do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or process CVs belonging to others without their consent.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sira.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific CV improvement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia. You can also file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce at mc.gov.sa.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
