Sira is a digital service that delivers results immediately after payment. This page explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
When You Qualify for a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical failure – if processing fails due to an error on our side, a full refund is issued automatically.
- Defective output – if the result is an empty file, corrupted output, or content in a completely different language than your submitted CV, we reprocess it at no charge first. If the issue persists, a full refund is issued.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
- The process completed successfully and the output was delivered as described.
- The result reflects the content of your original CV (the service improves what you provide).
- Subjective preferences about wording or scoring.
EU and UK Consumers
Because your CV is processed immediately after payment, you confirm before checkout that you understand the service starts right away. Once the improved CV is delivered, the 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive no longer applies.
This has no effect on refunds for technical failures or defective output. If the service fails to deliver what was promised, you receive a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Visit our support page with your session ID and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider back to your original payment method. This typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank.
